Collins Contractors started site set up for works on Monday 23rd September 2024.

Works will take place from the 9th floor down to ground, completing each floor before moving to the next. Carpeting will be the last item to take place in the project. Works are expected to take around 30 weeks. There will be a two week Christmas break, with expected completion of early May 2025.
